Job Details
- M-F
- 8 hour days
- Hybrid (2 days in office) OR fully remote
- Handling administration, transactional, and non-litigation matters under supervision of senior attorneys and partners
- Research legal issues for trust and estates administration matters
- Draft pleadings, memorandums, orders and other legal documents
- Attend hearings on a regular basis in probate courts
