Job Details

Responsibilities
This role requires an attorney who can manage cases from start to finish, take the lead in litigation matters, and work independently with minimal supervision
Independently manage estate, trust, and guardianship litigation cases
Conduct hearings, depositions, and client meetings with confidence
Oversee case strategy and execution from initial pleadings to resolution
Provide legal counsel to clients on complex trust and estate matters
Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and litigation documents
Qualifications

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator to learn a new practice area.
3-8 years of litigation experience
Estate & Trust Litigation experience is not required
Strong courtroom experience, including motions, hearings, and depositions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
Active Florida Bar membership
