Drafting & filing probate and administration petitions; assisting fiduciaries with estate administration.

Estate tax returns (Form 706, etc.): Prepare & file federal and state level estate tax returns, including: asset valuation, beneficiary distribution, and closing letter requests.

Corporate Filings (LLCS, Corps., Foundations, etc.): Draft & file documents necessary for the formation and governance of entities, including related state and federal compliance filing (i.e.: annual reports Beneficial Owner Information reports, etc.).

Gift tax returns (Form 709, etc.): Track client gifting and reporting requirements for gift tax returns and draft & file the same.

Draft loan docs, calculate interest & annuity payments.

Effectively communicate & coordinate estate planning action items with clients family offices, accounting firms, and banking teams.

Requirements
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant

• A bachelors degree and/or a paralegal certification

• Has a meticulous eye for detail

• Is honest and trustworthy

• Is well-organized

• Is accountable and eager take on responsibility, taking the initiative whenever appropriate

• Embraces technology and is willing to implement it to increase efficiency

• Has a drive to produce consistently high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing

• Experience filing Forms 706 and 709

• Mid-level ability of Microsoft Office Suite
o Specifically fluent in Excel and Adobe, (Intapp, iManage and Numbercruncher a plus)



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
