Gardella Alciati is seeking one or more experienced Patent Litigators to join our nationally recognized (Best Law Firms, Chambers, IAM, Managing IP) patent litigation practice. This position is for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to gain further hands-on litigation experience, including court and deposition time. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of high stakes patent litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage patent litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar.
• 8-12 years of experience in patent litigation, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
