Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment & labor, transportation, retail, construction, general liability, appellate, personal injury & employment litigation & counseling through all phases of trial.
- Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans.
- Handle all aspects of trial preparation including depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
- First or second-chair trials, including jury selection, witness examination, and opening/closing arguments.
- Collaborate with legal staff to ensure high-quality representation.
- Maintain strong client communication and provide timely case updates.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed to practice in California.
- 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and case evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
