• Provides independent, proficient patient care applying the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with staff and physicians, ensures adherence to hospital policies, and maintains clinical competency.
• Promotes positive public relations, practices patient advocacy, respects confidentiality, and supports the hospital's mission and philosophy.
• Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Adheres to medication administration standards and legal compliance procedures.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; 1 year of specialty experience preferred; BLS, RN license, ACLS, PALS, and CPI required.
• Full-time, 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts.
