KVC Missouri Community Based Services - Child Placement
Location: Waynesville & surrounding communities
Pay: $43,888-$46,000 annually
Schedule: This role provides a flexible hybrid-remote schedule, requiring only 1-3 days in the office for team meetings and other responsibilities. It may involve occasional on-call, evening, and weekend availability.
Job Summary- As the Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Specialist, their role is to carefully select, train, and continuously support TFC resource providers who possess the skills and dedication to offer safe and loving homes for children with unique needs.
- By partnering with the Department of Social Services, Children's Division, they are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children in search of stable TFC placements, providing them with the nurturing environment they deserve to thrive and flourish.
Education:- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services from an accredited institution.
Qualifications:• Two (2) years of experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or private
agency, preferably in the fields of foster care or adoption.

• Ability to manage time well and stay organized
• Flexibility in working evenings/weekends
• Ability to work well with a team
• Demonstrate flexibility
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook email.
