About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Treasury & Tax Analyst to support daily treasury operations, tax documentation, and vendor payment processes. This role works closely with internal departments and external banking partners to ensure secure and efficient cash management, financial controls, and compliance. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and gain exposure across multiple functions within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer online banking platforms and manage relationships with banking partners
  • Validate vendor banking info and support fraud prevention efforts
  • Research outstanding checks and assist with bank reconciliations
  • Manage corporate credit card program and support debt-related activities
  • Prepare daily liquidity and cash position reports
  • Assist with executing payments via ACH, wire, and check
  • Maintain and update sales tax exemption certificates in systems
  • Collaborate with Sales and AR teams on tax questions and billing corrections
  • Support sales/use tax audits and compliance documentation
  • Complete credit applications and assist with AP-related projects

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years in treasury, AP, or banking (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-focused, and adaptable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
