Insight Global is hiring a Treasury Manager for one of their large healthcare clients in Marlton, NJ. The Treasury Manager will oversee and optimize Virtua's cash management processes, ensuring sufficient liquidity resources through short-term cash, investments, and bank line reserves. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing bank systems, services, and fees, managing daily wire transfers, and directing Treasury staff on various banking projects. The role also involves maintaining cash management policies and serving as the liaison for Virtua's banking relationships.
Additionally, the Treasury Manager will support Virtua's investment programs by working with investment managers, consultants, and the Virtua management team. This includes administering investment programs, maintaining portfolios, and supporting the Finance and Investment Committee. The role also encompasses managing Virtua's debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support for capital financings and audit activities. Mentoring and coaching Treasury and Corporate Finance staff to achieve Virtua's strategic objectives is also a key part of this position.
Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of Treasury Management Experience
- 3-5 years business experience in finance, accounting, banking or corporate treasury
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
- CPA or CTP
- Healthcare or Non-profit experience
- Experience within Cash Operations (particularly in financing and capital markets) ex. Tax exempt bonds management
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
Plusses:
- Experience in public accounting
- Experience with the Association for Financial Professionals and/or Certified Treasury Professional desirable.
