Requirements/Qualifications
- 3 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience, experience with, but not limited to: Tilt-Up, Light Industrial, Food Processing, Warehouse and Cold Storage, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects
- Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong team building skills
- Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents
- Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
