The initial project will be in Sanford, FL and will involve a bit of overnight work. Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction field leadership, with a focus on transportation or heavy industrial sectors.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale transportation or heavy industrial construction projects.
3. Demonstrated ability to work safely in high-risk environments, adhering to strict safety protocols.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the capacity to lead and coordinate diverse teams across multiple locations.
5. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges effectively.
6. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents specific to transportation projects.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members across various sites.
8. Ability to adapt to frequent travel, work under pressure, and meet project deadlines in dynamic environments.
