Description
Lead all on-site construction efforts and supervise field personnel.
Ensure compliance with plans, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.
Maintain daily project documentation and progress reports.
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
Uphold strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance at all times.
Travel to project sites nationwide, staying on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
Has 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Is proficient with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office.
Holds an OSHA 30 Certification.
Is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling full-time and staying on-site as needed.
Brings a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
