Description


  • Lead all on-site construction efforts and supervise field personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with plans, safety regulations, and project timelines.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.

  • Maintain daily project documentation and progress reports.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.

  • Uphold strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance at all times.

  • Travel to project sites nationwide, staying on-site throughout the project lifecycle.


Profile


  • Has 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Is proficient with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office.

  • Holds an OSHA 30 Certification.

  • Is adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable traveling full-time and staying on-site as needed.

  • Brings a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
