Job Description - Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage construction schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise work of subcontractors and project team
- Conduct quality control checks, ensuring safety and compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Communicate project status to stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise
- Foster relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with construction projects
- Implement and enforce the company's safety policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant A successful 'Traveling Superintendent - Ground Up Retail/Grocery' should have:
- Proficiency in construction project management software
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
- Capability to travel as needed for projects
