Job Description - Supervise and manage all aspects of Big Box Retail construction projects
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Resolve potential issues or delays to keep the project on schedule
- Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations

- Proven experience overseeing large-scale retail construction projects
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
