Job Description
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of Big Box Retail construction projects
  • Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
  • Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
  • Resolve potential issues or delays to keep the project on schedule
  • Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
  • A solid background in the construction industry
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale retail construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities
  • Strong knowledge of building processes and construction tools/equipment
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • A commitment to safety and quality
