Description

Traveling Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction - Responsibilities:

  • Review architectural plans and specifications for accuracy and functionality, and recommend changes when necessary.
  • Lead and coordinate the construction team to ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Ensure subcontractors meet insurance and bonding requirements prior to starting work, and oversee compliance
  • Work with internal departments-including Estimating, Purchasing, and Scheduling-to confirm pricing, manpower availability, and scheduling for optimal project execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce project summaries, press releases, and promotional content, including photos and renderings.

Profile

Traveling Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction - Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Construction
  • Ability and desire to travel throughout the US
  • Project background - Cleanrooms, Pharma/Labs/Lifescience, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Semiconductors
  • Proven ability with Timberline, Sage, Procore, Primavera P6 (ideally)

Job Offer

Traveling Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction - Will Receive:

  • Base salary from $125k - $155k (depending on experience level)
  • $500/M Vehicle Allowance

  • $150/week Out of State allowance when traveling + $50/Day per diem
