A national general contractor with a dominant presence in mission critical construction is seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead hyperscale data center projects across the U.S. You'll be responsible for managing the full MEP lifecycle in the field, from rough-in through startup and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP trades and ensure alignment with master schedule and commissioning plan
- Lead on-site problem-solving with engineers, vendors, and commissioning agents
- Enforce safety and quality standards across all MEP scopes
- Ensure compliance with owner standards, specs, and integration requirements
- Review shop drawings, submittals, test plans, and pre-functional checklists
- Support integrated systems testing and handover
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of field MEP experience in commercial or industrial projects
- Must have delivered at least one hyperscale data center from start to finish
- Familiarity with redundancy systems (UPS, CRAC/CRAH, generators) and commissioning
- Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and MEP coordination platforms
- Travel required - rotation or project assignment model
