About the Role
Seeking an experienced Hydraulic Dredging Project Manager to lead dredging projects for environmental restoration, land reclamation, and waterway maintenance. This role requires expertise in project management, budgeting, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee dredging projects from planning to completion.
- Manage dredging equipment and ensure optimal performance.
- Lead crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
- Control budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
- Assess project sites and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 5 years in hydraulic dredging, marine construction, or related fields.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic dredging equipment and dewatering processes.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting.
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
- Bonus: PMP, OSHA, or dredging-related certifications.
