Job Description:

- Participate in holiday rotations and work 4 weekends out of every 6.
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the MICU.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress during the shift.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding the care and treatment plan.
- Display strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using medical equipment and technology specific to the ICU setting.
