Synertex LLC is seeking a Travel / Temporary Duty (TDY) Specialist to manage travel logistics at multiple locations, including Schriever SFB, CO; Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA; and Fort Detrick, MD. This position requires a Secret clearance and will involve coordination and support across multiple locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage travel arrangements to other Government or contractor facilities as required. Pre-approve all travel requirements with the Government and ensure compliance with regulations. Bill travel costs in accordance with regulatory implementation of Public Law 99-234 and FAR 31.205-46 Travel Costs. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient travel planning and execution. Track and report travel expenses and reimbursements in compliance with applicable laws and policies. Provide support for travelers during their TDY, including addressing travel-related issues and concerns. Ensure all travel documents and reports are maintained in accordance with company and government standards. Assist with the development and maintenance of travel-related policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in travel management. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Security Clearance: Secret clearance. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
