Previous Travel required - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Primary Location: ThedaCare OSP - Clinic
Shift: 8 Hour Days
Shift time: Variable start times as early as 6am (stay late if needed to finish cases)
Float Requirements: To all ThedaCare Facilities (as needed) - within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Weekend Rotation Requirements: None
Holiday Rotation Requirements: None
Required Certifications: CST & AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 2 years with travel experience REQUIRED
Minimum 5+ years experience without travel experience
Epic Charting Experience: Not required
Required Skillset: Neuro and Ortho-Spine Experience REQUIRED
