Additional Details - American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS. Must include an image of the front of the card as well as an image of the back of the card.
- 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days of start.
