Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a Remote Travel Support Specialist to assist with administrative and customer-facing support tasks related to travel planning and reservations. In this role, you will handle service inquiries, manage travel logistics, and work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate assistance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, is highly organized, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client and agent inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assist with travel booking confirmations, changes, and documentation management
Monitor and track itinerary details, payments, and key deadlines
Provide accurate information on travel services, policies, and procedures
Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and customer service teams as needed
Maintain detailed records of communications and actions within CRM systems
Escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or travel services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, and support platforms
Ability to manage multiple requests and tasks in a remote setting
Must be 18 years or older with a reliable internet connection and personal computer
