Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to help patients regain and improve communication and functional abilities.
Responsibilities: - Evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and monitor patient progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress
Requirements: - Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- BLS certification (AHA preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CFY candidates welcome (if applicable to setting)
