Average of patients/day: 5-6 Types of Cases: Start of Care, Follow Ups Years of experience required: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience First-timers accepted: No, must have recent Home Health experience Weekend requirement: Varies per location and profession, please have traveler discuss during the interview. Job Requirements Current BLS certification required Must have a valid state license in hand unless license takes a few days to obtain, then okay to submit. Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic. Schedule Information Contract length: 13 weeks with potential to extend Schedule of assignment hours: M-F 8am - 5pm, 4 hours per day - flexible to get 20 points per week Will there be any weekend rotation: No unless candidate requests Will there be any on-call: None Unit Specific Information Home Health - must have experience in home health hospice or both.
