- $600 additional travel reimbursement

- 5x8 Day shifts - 40hrs per week

Requirements: - Certifications Required: BLS, CA Social Worker License
- Must have at least 2 year of medical social work experience
- Must have Dignity experience
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references
