Mental Health Coordinator position responsible for planning and providing clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature in the facility.
Perform all functions at a pace and level consistent with job performance requirements.

Ability to conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records review and clinical interviews.
Provide treatment by developing, implementing, and modifying individual treatment plans based on evaluation of needs and functioning level.
Document treatment and evaluation activities in health care records.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychological counseling theory and techniques for individuals in caseload.
Provide appropriate mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions to address inmate needs.
