Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professionals in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.

- Number of Staff - 9 RN, 3 PCT, Unit Clerk (7-3/3-11), pharmacy presence on the unit, 2 CM
- Patient Ratios - 1:4-5
- Type of equipment - Emar carts, bladder scanner, accuvein, Welch allyn vitals machines
- EMR - Meditech
- Largest living donor kidney program in the country.
- World class liver transplant program, recently recognized with top 1 and 3 year survival for USA.
Job Requirements - 1.5 years nursing experience
- Med Surg experience
- Can-Do attitude
- Good communication skills
- BLS Required

Additional Details - This is a very unique unit, with transplant volumes that are nationally recognized.
- We have a very engaging team, both our unit team as well as our physicians.
- We host grand rounds daily on our patients - this gives the patient the chance to interact with a collaborative team of providers, each aimed at creating a specialized plan of care for each patient.
