• Must Have Skills/Experience: Utilization Management, Utilization Review (InterQual), Discharge Planning, insurance, acute hospital case management experience, recent traveler dyad case management experience

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CHF, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, CVA, Acute Renal Failure
