Traveling Retail/Commercial Superintendent

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Traveling Retail/Commercial Superintendent. This role involves overseeing the construction of commercial offices, high-end office high-rises, and retail projects, including luxury retail, Home Depot, and Walmart. The projects range from $1 million to $15 million in value.

Qualifications:
•  Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail and commercial construction.
•  Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
•  Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Willingness to travel extensively. Compensation and Benefits:
•  Annual salary up to $130,000.
•  4% 401(k) match.
•  Truck allowance up to $750.
•  Discretionary bonus.
•  Benefits package with 50% employer contribution.
