  • Provides high-quality rehabilitation care tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Offers specialized programs including neurological rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, stroke rehabilitation, amputation care, orthopedics, wound care, respiratory therapy, and intravenous antibiotics.
  • Performs patient assessments and establishes plans of care.
  • Communicates with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team to achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Participates in performance improvement and program development activities.
  • Provides education to patients and caregivers.
  • Ensures safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Utilizes leadership skills to delegate, organize, and educate staff and volunteers.
  • Contributes to quality improvement processes.
    Job Requirements
  • Must have relevant state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

  • Provides care according to physician's orders and established plan.
  • Assesses treatment effectiveness and modifies as needed.
  • Plans for patient discharge.
