The Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed hospital that is the result of a partnership between ProHealth Care and Lifepoint Rehabilitation to meet the growing rehabilitation needs of the region.
We provide therapy services to individuals who have experienced a loss of function due to an injury or illness.
Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey.
We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin strives to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.
We are CARF-accredited for our Stroke Specialty Program as well as our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation and Amputation Specialty Programs.

Shift: Nights 6pm-6:30am
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours: every other weekend rotation
Call requirements: must call in as soon as possible or 3 hours before shift starts
