Travel Respiratory Therapist (RT) - Legacy Health Position Summary: Legacy Health is seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist (RT) to provide high-quality respiratory care across its facilities. The RT will be required to work with babies and may be the only RT in-house during their shift. Weekends: At least every third weekend, more if able Holidays: As needed Required Qualifications: -Minimum of 2 years of experience -BLS certification -ACLS certification -PALS certification -NRP certification -CRT credential Required Experience With: -Bubble CPAP -Transcutaneous monitoring (TCOM) -Hamilton G5 ventilator (Draeger N500 experience preferred) -Philips V60 NPPV devices -Percussionaire VDR -Respironics -RedMed Time Off (RTO) Policy: -No RTO allowed in the first 2 weeks -Maximum of 7 days of RTO Additional Requirements: -Travelers must float within a site and across the system -Refusal to float as requested will result in contract cancellation -Travelers are required to complete assigned education within one week of assignment -Low Census Mandatory Cancellation Terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift; personnel may be mandatorily canceled one shift per two-week pay period without cause or penalty. 39
