Ask about our $1000.00 Inspire a Friend referral program. TACT Staff is seeking a skilled and experienced RRT Technologist to join our team. As an RRT, you will be providing respiratory care to newborns and infants, including evaluating, administering, and documenting respiratory treatments and diagnostic procedures within their scope of practice. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of neonates' respiratory status, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure
• Administer a range of respiratory therapies, such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation, as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings to ensure optimal respiratory support for infants requiring mechanical ventilation
• Educate parents and caregivers on their infant's respiratory condition and treatment plan. Requirements:
• NJ or compact License
• First time travelers accepted
• CRT or RRT, BLS, NBRC
