Position Description:
Total of Facility Beds
: 25 bed critical access hospital
Unit Name: Respiratory Therapist
Unit Specialty: RT

RRT or CRT: Will work 36H one week and 48H the next, please ensure professional is aware. Every other weekend required.

Requirements:
NRP required upon submission
RRT, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, and NRP required
Must have NICU experience within the last year; Patient population consists of all age groups - includes ICU and ED floors
All specialties the HCP worked need to be well documented on each individual employment entry
Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
Covid and Flu declinations accepted- please have either proof or declinations in packet
