REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse, First Assist Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year Trauma OR experience of 1 year minimum Ortho experience of 1 year minimum

Burn or plastic experience Meditech experience
