Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Radiology Technician Department: Radiology - Diagnostic Standard shift: Days Weekly schedule: 4x10 Schedule Notes: 05:00 AM - 18:00 PM Rotating shifts Shifts will varied between Day and Night Description: Under general supervision, the Radiology Technician performs diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. The technician operates imaging equipment, ensures patient safety, and maintains compliance with state and federal regulations. This role may involve working in specialized areas such as surgery, trauma, and pediatrics. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology. Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program. Licensing/Certification: Valid California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Fluoroscopy permit. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. CDPH radiology/fluoro certificate BLS is required ARRT license preferred Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in radiologic imaging. OR experience ProKatchers Job ID PHS-2884.
