Radiology Technician Tact Staff is seeking a skilled Radiology Technician (Rad Tech) to join our team. As a Rad Tech, you will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and timely delivery of results. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform radiographic examinations using X-ray, fluoroscopy, or other imaging modalities Position patients appropriately and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures Adjust imaging equipment settings to obtain optimal image quality Follow established protocols and guidelines for radiographic procedures Evaluate images for quality, clarity, and accuracy Maintain patient records and document imaging procedures accurately Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to communicate findings and assist in diagnosis Adhere to radiation safety procedures and regulations Requirements: Associate degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology or related field Active certification as a Radiologic Technologist by a nationally recognized agency such as ARRT Active licensure in the state you are applying to 2+ years of experience as a Radiology Technician Strong technical skills and proficiency in operating radiographic equipment Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic positioning techniques Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply today to learn more about what TACT can offer you.
