Skills:
Experience:
1 or more years of experience in the Neurophysiology / Neurodiagnostics, Nursing, direct patient care, or other health related field required.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to provide outstanding patient care.
Some general knowledge of physiology.
Cognitive and psychomotor skills required.
Good verbal and written communication skills that allow relaying of information in a clear, concise, and calm manner.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and physicians.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Education:
Education:
None required.
Associate's degree in science or health related field preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required:
Registered/Certified Neurodiagnostics Technologist strongly preferred.
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• 7am - 5:30pm
• 4days-evenings / 10hours - 40hour/week
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• Off Thursday, weekends, unless covering on-call, monitoring, holiday, or weekend rotation
• Dark Navy-Blue Scrubs required on First Day of Orientation
