Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a home health setting. This day shift role requires a 13
•week commitment and is ideal for candidates living within a 30
•minute commute of the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
• Work a 40
•hour week, with potential weekend shifts.
• Manage 20
•25 cases weekly, completing all documentation on the same day.
• Attend weekly in
•person meetings.
Requirements:
• Valid PTA License.
• Minimum of 2 years of field experience.
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase.
• Consistent employment history with home health experience.
Additional Information:
• Scrub color is flexible.
• PPE and parking details provided.
• Mileage reimbursement available.
