Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2003.84 - $2195.69
PT needed for a 13 week assignment in Philadelphia, PA. PA license, BLS-AHA, Master's Degree or higher required. Must have Pelvic Floor experience. The Physical Therapist plans, evaluates and treats patients related to their physical therapy needs within a clinical outpatient setting. Participates in established physical therapy programs including patient care and education. Evaluates and treats patients and establishes and/or implements comprehensive discharge plans. Directs support personnel within the scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-PA Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months MUST HAVE PELVIC FLOOR EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree from Accredited Physical Therapy program
