Unit Information: Beds: Large clinic with 15 exam rooms and a large gym Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience Will you accept a first-time traveler? No Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Mostly just adults, might see occasional 5+ pediatric patient (no peds experience needed) Ortho mostly - soft tissue/musculoskeletal injuries, total joint replacements, back/neck/spine. No neuro patients If traveler has experience with other things (e.g. - blood flow restriction, dry needling, etc.) they are allowed to do that here after they've been checked off on it Patients seen per day: 49 patients per week in the clinic, so will see about 10-12 patients per day per therapist Required License: BLS Will take Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of PT + WI license Skills required: PT evals, experience with above patients Support within the Department: 5-6 PT Assistants About 20 clinicians - 6 OT, 10 PT 2 rehab aids 2 Patient Service Reps at the front desk Supervisor Technology/Equipment: EMR: EPIC Floating: If yes, where? None Orientation (facility and unit): NEO Typically, within the 2nd week will be independent Scheduling: Weekend rotation: No On call? No Holiday Expectations: none RTO: to go through manager Shift times: Clinic is open Monday - Thursday and on Friday. Manager is open to 8h shifts or 10h shifts, but traveler will likely be working the closing times mostly, but manager can adjust schedule some if needed Schedule cycle: schedule will be made and receive before arriving
