PT- Rehab needed asap for 13 weeks Days - 8-5, M-F
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Required Certifications: Tx. license
• Years of Experience: open Preferred Skillset/Experience: in patient rehab or skilled nursing setting
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: comfortable treating patients with language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Scrub Color: navy blue
• Time to Report: 8:00 am for mini orientation.
• Parking: West and back parking lot

Experience: 1 year
Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year
