Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
Educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home exercises. Qualifications:
Education:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Certification Requirements:
Valid state physical therapy license (e.g., California Physical Therapist license).
California Licensed or License pending. Experience:
Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides.
