Voca Job ID; Shift: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; facility has a 50 mile radius rule- will not consider any candidates whose perm address is 50 miles or under from the facility; Candidate required to be Home Health Certified; 2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience; Valid Driver License required for this need; Acute care experience preferred; Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required; MA license required; AHA BLS cert required
