Inpatient Rehab Services Physical Therapist Primarily adult MS 2 years of prior PT experience required BLS & NE State license required EPIC charting experience required Avg 8-9 patients/day; 25 patients assigned with varying treatment schedules 100% NICOTINE FREE FACILITY Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility) Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked 4 weeks out. RTO restrictions: Up to 5 days of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion. Scrubs: MANDATORY - PTs wear royal blue scrubs with the Nebraska Medicine logo printed on the back. Information on how to obtain Nebraska Medicine branded scrubs will be shared once traveler is confirmed. Parking: Professionals can obtain a parking permit (cost depends on the lot, but is approx. /month) or they can use daily rate parking ( to park for 20 hrs).
