Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy. Licensing/Certification:
Current license from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision as a Physical Therapist.
Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. Experience:
Two (2) years of Physical Therapy experience preferred. Requires a PT working in Acute Care including wound care.
Skills required are pediatrics (0-21), acute care & ICU.
Preferred skills would include wound care.
