The Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall mobility and quality of life. Here's a detailed job description for this role: Responsibilities:
• Conduct Initial Assessments: Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement Treatment Plans: Use evidence-based practices to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further injury.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate Patients: Provide guidance on exercises, lifestyle changes, and preventive measures to maintain health and prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, other therapists, and healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
