Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 5/19/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D/E Pay Rate: $2221.20 - $2433.87
Physical Therapist needed asap Evaluates, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, improve, or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.
• Plans and participates in community wide out-reach and preventative programs and markets services effectively. Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado.
• Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 (three) years' experience in inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.

Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 3 years Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (MSPT or DPT).
Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.
