Key Requirements:
• Valid CA PT License
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience, preferably in Hospital Critical Care or Home Health
• Proficiency in HCHB and Oasis
• Bilingualism is a plus
• 1 year of recent experience within their specialty
The role involves home
•based care in Fresno and Visalia, working with a diverse range of cases, primarily with elderly Medicare recipients. Training will be provided, and there's no on
