Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in Eureka, CA is seeking a Physical Therapist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Licenses: PT-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled Nursing Experience
Active CA License
COVID Vaccination/Booster or Approved AMN Declination
Travel Experience Preferred
